Participants should be prepared to walk or stand for the entire duration of the tour. However, frequent stops along the route will provide opportunities to rest and sit. Please note that the itinerary will be tailored to suit your walking ability. While Quebec City is known for its steep hills, the tour is designed to be moderately challenging, with a slow and relaxed pace.
