Quebec City Winter Tour FAQ

The tour covers a distance of about 1.5 km (0.93 miles), with planned warming stops along the way to ensure you’re comfortable while enjoying the sights of Quebec City in winter. Participants should be prepared to walk or stand for the entire duration of the tour. However, frequent stops along the route will provide opportunities to rest and sit. Please note that the itinerary will be tailored to suit your walking ability. While Quebec City is known for its steep hills, the tour is designed to be moderately challenging, with a slow and relaxed pace.

This tour is rated easy to moderate, with a relaxed pace and gentle slopes. It’s suitable for most fitness levels, with breaks to rest and warm up along the way. 

Yes! The German Christmas Market runs from late November to 2 or 3 days before Christmas. I will include the Market on my tours when it is open.

This tour is available from November through March, offering a perfect way to experience the magic of Quebec City’s winter season.
