The essence of Quebec City and some Quebec local beers!

Lace up your shoes and follow the guide! Starting in front of the Parliament building, or at any convenient meeting point for you, this 2.5-hour private tour will help you set your bearings for your entire stay in here. Plus, you’ll learn more about Quebec local beers. This guided tour is also an excellent introduction to the city’s culture, the important events of Quebec’s history, economy, its people and its challenges as a modern city. From the upper town to the lower town, this tour is an overview of Quebec city’s main historical sites, hidden treasures and some surprises!

Once the ‘’walking’’ part of the tour is over, let’s head to a pub and taste some Quebec local beers! That’s a great opportunity to ask all the questions that you have about Quebec City to your tour guide and get extra recommendations regarding things to do in Quebec city and trendy restaurants! The beer industry has boomed over the last 10 years in Quebec. Did you know that there are now 150 active breweries producing 3,348 different beers in Québec and that 46 of the top 100 beers in Canada are brewed here? Unfortunately, we won’t have the time to try them all but, sounds like a challenge, right?

What makes this walking tour of Quebec City different from other tours?

1- We cover the Parliament Building, Tourny Fountain, Citadelle and Fortifications. These are 4 sights most tour companies don’t cover.

2- This is a private tour. That means more flexibility from me and therefore a better experience for you.

3- Your tour guide, Marie, is also a blogger. I will be delighted to give you recommendations and help you plan your stay.
