I had the chance to experience AURA at Saint-Roch Church en primeur<\/em> (before its official opening on December 5) and I\u2019m still thinking about it. After astonishing millions of spectators in Montr\u00e9al and Paris (and soon in San Francisco!), this iconic Moment Factory creation has finally arrived in Qu\u00e9bec City. And it truly feels like the cultural event Saint-Roch has been waiting for. I was so thrilled to see it before everyone else, thanks to Kamai (who is in charge of the logistic and the ticketing) for the invitation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AURA at Saint-Roch Church<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Prologue That Brings History to Life<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The light show begins with a short five-minute prologue that highlights the rich history of Saint-Roch Church and even gives a quick overview of Qu\u00e9bec City and the neighborhood’s story. If you take one of my guided tour before seeing that light show, these events will sound familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

English-speaking visitors can easily enjoy this part using AURA\u2019s mobile app, which provides a translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This introduction mixes visual creations and original music to revive the memory of the church. It sets the tone beautifully: heritage, storytelling, and emotion. As a local Quebec City, I was in awe! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
