This interactive experience walks visitors through the maple syrup production process in a colorful, playful setting featuring animatronic beavers and hands-on displays. While it’s clearly designed with children in mind, adults will still enjoy learning about one of Québec’s most iconic products.
The experience is also very affordable at only $9, and the price even includes a tasting of several maple products, which is a fun bonus at the end of the visit. One important thing to note: Jean Castor is located on the second floor of a building and there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for visitors with mobility challenges.
